Go Bespoke is a small team of four female professionals, and we are based in a lovely seaside office at Director Louisa’s home in central Hove, East Sussex. We’re a friendly, dog-loving bunch with a passion for travel and planning lovely holidays for our clients. Following a recent photoshoot with the lovely lifestyle photographer, Emma Croman, we thought we’d outline a few reasons why booking with an independent travel agent like us can make your holiday-planning a seamless experience. 1. Travel logistics

Having professional help with planning and logistics can have a big impact on the smooth-running of your holiday. We can book every leg of your journey, whether it’s your flights, trains or private transfers. And it’s all part of the service we offer, at no extra cost to you.

2. Time-saving

We are on hand to help you navigate the numerous options available to you, and potentially save you hours of research! We listen carefully to your ideas and consider every detail, working with teams on the ground to make sure you get the best out of the time on your trip.

3. New openings and experiences

We have our finger on the pulse when it comes to the hottest openings, new places to go and great new experiences. Experiential travel is really taking off and we have access to all the latest activities you can enjoy while you’re away and can match you with the right experiences! Maybe it’s thrill-seeking, foodie-related, a private jet or something for the whole family, we can make it happen.

4. The trust element

One of the reasons people book with an independent travel agent is that, unlike an anonymous online booking site, we are real people who are committed to ensuring that your itinerary is exactly what you had in mind for your trip. We often can’t compare with pricing on sites such as booking.com since they operate differently from us and bulk-buy their room allocations so can afford to sell them off at cheaper rates during the year. However, what we do have is excellent supplier relationships which can often save you time, effort and cash since we can put special room requests in and work things like transfers into your costs which might be extra when you make an individual booking yourself.

5. In the know

We like to think that our team’s accumulative experience of travelling over the years means that our knowledge of the best places to stay and visit is second to none. We don’t just suggest a destination, we have researched and visited most of them – and in the instances where we haven’t actually been ourselves, we have on-the-ground contacts who have! We know how amazing places can look on the likes of Instagram, but sometimes they might not actually be the right fit for you – we can help you make these choices.

6. Added value

We try to enhance your travel experiences with us by giving you a little something back when you book with us. It might be an added perk at your hotel, a private transfer or a special experience during your trip. We like to ask as many questions about your holiday as possible - without asking too many of course - so that we can add our little special touches wherever possible. Whether it’s a birthday, a surprise trip, an anniversary or your special honeymoon, we will go the extra mile to make it memorable for you.

We are fully bonded and accredited by the The Travel Trust Association (TTA) which is the only travel network in the UK to guarantee 100% financial protection to the consumer. This ensures that you can have total confidence in us, knowing that the money you are spending is safe and protected.

Hanna joined Go Bespoke in February 2018 and has over 15 years’ experience working in Marketing & PR. She studied Modern Languages at University, and lived in Granada in Spain before working for a city-based tour operator and then at Orient Express. Hanna is our resident Spanish speaker, and also speaks French and a bit of Portuguese. She looks after all our social media and marketing collateral, including the website and anything visual that you might see!
