Enjoy total privacy in a magical Bird’s Nest Villa tucked away in the glorious rainforest in Kamala, Phuket. When to go: March to mid-May are considered the hottest months before the monsoon season hits from May to October. November to February are generally cooler and dry.
The ultimate Instagram-able destination for honeymooners. Enjoy total privacy in a luxurious Epitome Pool Villa with its own veranda, pool and firepit around which to enjoy sundowners together! When to go: The perfect time to visit Santorini is September and early October – the weather is still lovely and there are less tourists.
Hide away at this unique retreat constructed within the trees – there are just 22 one-bedroom tents all with their own private salt water pools. When to go: June to September – the weather in July & August is sunny and warm during the day, and cooler in the evenings.
Be swept up in the romance of the Amalfi Coast and book into this iconic seaside retreat in Positano. When to go: May and June are generally the best months to visit the Amalfi Coast and the peak season months of July, August and September are also a lot of fun!
Located on Oman’s northern Musandam Peninsula, thrill-seeking honeymooners can get active with paragliding, mountain biking or diving. Or simply kick back on the resort’s mile-long stretch of sandy white beach. When to go: October to April is peak season when the temperatures are warm. During the months of January to March it’s even possible to go whale shark watching.
The romance stakes are high on this heavenly island - book couples’ spa treatments, private dining in a jungle clearing and enjoy the privacy of your own overwater villa. When to go: Peak season is December to April so you may want to visit between April and November (temperatures average at 25-30 degrees all year round) but bear in mind that September and October are usually the wetter months in the Maldives.
Nestled between the glorious Mount Kenya and Great Rift Valley, this exclusive lodge is one of Africa’s most exciting safari destinations, boasting the second highest density of wildlife in Kenya. When to go: Segera is blessed with one of the most temperate and holiday-friendly climates in Africa. The long rains usually occur in April/May with short rains between October and November.
Located on the private island of Félicité, this resort is an oasis of serenity, with its dramatic landscape of granite boulders along the shoreline and picture perfect beaches. When to go: May to December is the best time to visit Mauritius when the weather is dry, sunny and cool.
